I ran 5 minutes today

It felt great. It might be the start of a comeback. For future reference, my current PT routine (~3-4 times a week) is:

15 min elliptical
5 min running
full stretch
lower back rotator machine- 1 set
groin machine thing - 1 set, weight lvl 3
hip abductor machine - 2 sets, weight lvl 5
leg press - 1 set 100 pounds
lower back raises 1 set of 12 w/ 10 lb weight
side raises 1 set of 12 w/10 lbs each side
ab machine
various upper body weights
crunches - 30
side crunches - 20 each
leg raises - 15
1-legged air hump - 10 each side.
fire hydrants - 12 each side.
half-superman plank thingies - 8 on each side
side planks with leg raises - 8 on each side
full stretch

Also it's cold.
