Summer Week 5

Mon 8/1/2011 - A nice, slow run in the morning with Dorea and Allison down to the river and around to the first bridge west. 45 min.
Miles: 4.5 or so

Tues 8/2/2011 - Raining so I did my LT intervals on the trainer. Were pretty solid, actually. I was able to get my HR way up (peaked at 186) with ease and a nice high cadence. HR monitor stopped working halfway through, so my last intervals were in the dark, but were good efforts nonetheless. 80 minutes total. Call it

Weds 8/3/2011 - Interesting route through Woburn to Lexington trying to retrace the path I took with Nate last Sunday. Crummy cloudy weather, alone, easy-ish. Time unknown. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4701846

Thurs 8/4/2011 - 2 hours with 4x 10 on 10 off with Stuart out to Concord and back. Glorious weather, great workout. First one a bit too hard and rather cream crackered by the last one. Really feeling good. It's a shame we had the 5 Cutler summer night out that night, got nice and drunk and didn't really recover from it.

Fri 8/5/2011 - Lexington easy with Stuart up the minuteman trail. Feeling ok.

Sat 8/6/2011 - Easy long ride to Carlisle from Concord. Feeling ok for the first bit, then flat, then bonking by the time I was heading back through Lexington. Just wiped from the week I think and the lack of proper recovered. Immediately left for a fun half day of climbing at Crow Hill.

Sun 8/7/2011 - Nice and off. Tired and Hungry.
